چکیده

The effect of woundingand formation of regenerating wound tissueon the level of the serum proteins was studied in rats on a protein-free diet. It was found that the level of the globulin component having the third greatest electrophoretic mobility, probablypart of the a,-globulin fraction, roseabout 60% within 3 days after wounding and did not begin to return to normal until about 10 days later. Concomitantly, the level of the globulin with least mobility, presumably the y-globulin component, decreased about 35% and also began to return to normal within 2 weeks after wounding. Varying the rate of healing, by the addition of protein or methionine to the diet, had no effect on the changes in the serum globulin levels. The newly formed aglobulins were shown to be distinct from fetuin.

Effect of silver-cobalt nanoparticle on functional tests and liver tissue changes : an in vitro study

Silver-cobalt nanoparticles are used in medicine. In this study, the effects of silver-cobalt nanoparticles on functional tests and liver tissue changes in adult male rats were investigated. 28 adult male Wistar rats weighing 180-220 g were divided into 4 groups of 7. Control group, Experimental group1 received 25mg / kg of silver-cobalt nanoparticles (AgCo NPs) in which silver nanoparticle (Ag...

Serum glycoprotein levels during wound tissue regeneration.

The level of protein-bound hexoses was compared in several fractions of electrophoretically separated globulins in the sera of normal and wounded rats. Changes in the concentration of protein components which were not apparent from the amount of total protein of different fractions could be identified. Although wounding resulted in no change from the normal protein level of one a-globulin fract...

Evaluation of the relationship between serum levels of insulin, cortisol and growth hormones and wound healing in normal and diabetic rats

Introduction: Several factors such as diseases, medications and humoral agents can delay or speed up wound healing process. Because of the limited information about the hormonal changes during wound healing, in this study the relationship between serum levels of growth hormone, insulin and cortisol and wound healing in normal and diabetic rats was evaluated. Methods: Male Wistar rats )weigh...

Simulated Microgravity Condition Alters the Gene Expression of some ECM and Adhesive Molecules in Adipose-Derived Stem Cells

Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) are widely used for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. The beneficial effects of ADSCs on wound healing have already been reported. Remodeling of extracellular matrix (ECM) is the most important physiological event during the wound healing. ECM is sensitive to mechanical stresses and the expression of its components can be therefore influenced. The ...

THE EFFECT OF ENDURANCE EXERCISE TRAINING AND OCTOPAMINE SUPPLEMENTATION ON NLRP1 INFLAMMASOME, PI3K, APOPTOSIS, AND HISTOPATHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN HEART TISSUE OF RATS POISONED WITH DEEP-FRIED OIL

Background & Aims: Common nutritional mistakes cause inflammation and homeostasis disruption in heart cells. Inflammasome complex is one of the pathways that induces inflammation and degradation of cardiac protein regeneration. The aim of the present study was to investigate changes in NLRP1inflammasome, PI3k, apoptosis, and histopathology of heart tissue following aerobic physical activity and...
